1 Dead and 21 Injured After Bus Crash Outside Victoria

On May 12, 2011, investigators say one person was killed and twenty-one injured after a pickup truck sideswiped a bus forcing it into a light pole near Victoria, Texas.  Reportedly, The Valley Transit Greyhound bus was travelling from Houston to McAllen when the accident happened.  According to state troopers, the truck was pulling onto U.S. 77 from a side street when into ran into the twenty-four passenger bus.
