On February 20, 2011, investigators say a man was shot to death after he got into a wreck with another vehicle in northeast of Houston. Police say a man was driving a gray Toyota Solara southbound in the northbound lanes of the 11000 block of Homestead at 3:25 a.m. when he crashed into another vehicle. Reportedly, after the wreck a man began shooting into the driver’s car. Authorities say the driver of the car was hit and the gunman fled the area. Reportedly, EMS units pronounced the driver dead at the scene. Harris County investigators believe several motorists witnessed the crash and shooting.
