On March 22, 2011, Houston police say a car driver was killed after running a red-light and then colliding with another vehicle. Investigators say the 20-year-old driver of a Ford Taurus ran the red-light at the intersection of West Little York Road and the West Sam Houston Parkway North Service road. Reportedly, a Lincoln MK2k traveling in the service road then crashed into the Taurus. Authorities say the driver of the Taurus died at the scene. Reportedly, the driver of the other Lincoln was transported to the hospital.
