On May 23, 2011, sources say that two teens have been arrested in connection to a traffic wreck that killed a 16-year old teen in Beaumont, Texas.   Reportedly, the student was partially ejected from a Cadillac Escalade and decapitated by a wire after the SUV she was riding in wrecked at 5^th and South Street.  Police say the 19 year old driver of the Escalade went several blocks with the teen’s body hanging out and then dumped her and her 14 year-old sister at 4^th and Angelina Street before fleeing.  Authorities say the driver of the Escalade is being charged with manslaughter.
