Houston Bicyclist Killed By Intoxicated Driver

On January 24, 2012, Houston authorities say a hit-and run crash resulted in the death of a bicyclist and a DWI arrest.  Reportedly, the bicyclist was traveling southbound on Jones Road at Fallbrook when the driver slammed into him.  Authorities say the driver of the vehicle fled from the scene, but was arrested a short time later.  Reportedly, the driver of the van was found inside his residence, asleep in the stair well with the keys to his van under his body.
