On September 7, 2011, Port Arthur authorities say one man is dead and two injured after an early morning Orange County wreck.  Reportedly, a 2003 Dodge pick was headed south on FM 1006 in front of the Lanxess Plant when the driver started to make a left turn onto Foreman Road.  Authorities say at the same time a 1995 Toyota pickup was driving in the opposite direction and hit the passenger side of the Dodge pickup.
