Teenage Driver Killed In Southwest Houston

On June 29, 2011, Houston authorities say a teenage driver was killed in a collision in southwest Houston.  Reportedly, the 17-year old driver of a Suzuki XL7 was driving southbound on South Main Street near Summit Ridge Drive when the teen crossed the northbound lanes of South Main to make an illegal U-turn.  Sources say the Suzuki hit a Ford Explorer which was traveling southbound.  Reportedly, the Ford rolled over many times.
